"T-Mobile will be the exclusive U.S. carrier partner for the OnePlus 6T when it launches in October, according to people familiar with the launch plans", CNET claims.

The new flagship will be a temporary exclusive to the American operator T-Mobile, and then will be sold worldwide.

After mushrooming from an "invites only" smartphone manufacturer to a premium OEM with high-end specifications at affordable pricing smartphones, OnePlus has truly come a long way since its launch in 2014.

We learned a few months ago that OnePlus was now negotiating partner terms with at least one USA carrier, but we didn't know which one.

There are reports that the design will see some change, especially with regards to the notched display. The OnePlus 6 was launched around three months ago in May. This includes support for the 600MHz that promises better and faster coverage.
