Apple Inc AAPL.O said on Thursday it will host an event on september 12 at the Steve Jobs Theater in the company's Cupertino, California, campus, where it is widely expected to unveil new iPhone models. Notably, all new iPhone models are expected to have edge-to-edge displays, gesture controls, and FaceID.

Apple has reportedly suffered a major leak that may have revealed key details about its 2018 iPhone and Apple Watch devices.

The company will unveil its renewed iPhone strategy at the event. Previous reports claim Apple will increase the display on both the 38mm and 42mm smartwatches without increasing the watch case itself. A Bloomberg report from earlier this month suggested Apple was struggling with this year's naming scheme.

Apple might have one all-screen iPhone right now - the pricey iPhone X - but if you wanted a few more, you might get your wish. There's also speculation that Apple will build on its laptop lineup with a lightweight, entry-level MacBook aimed at students and others looking for a more budget-friendly option.

Alongside the iPhone XS images, 9to5Mac also released leaked photos of what could be the Apple Watch Series 4.
